Craig has been President of a successful local landscape company, Managing Partner of Timber Creek Investments, LLC and Managing Partner of McDom Enterprises, LLC, all of which prepared him for providing personalized customer service as well as insight and experience in key aspects of real estate investment.While at Timber Creek Investments, he managed development and rehab projects in Missouri, Kansas and Minnesota, responsible for acquisition and maintenance of properties to purchase, rehab and sell while maintaining a 200+% profit. This included managing predetermined profit expectations, accurate project bidding, cost control of negotiated labor and materials, and general acquisitions, including all aspects from negotiation to fulfillment. While at McDom, he was also responsible for acquisition and maintenance of properties to purchase and sell, and managed rental properties with over 75 units.
