Having very limited experience with buying and selling homes I was incredibly nervous about the process until I met Craig. He was so informative and professional but also had an ability to ease my nerves and make the process run smooth. He treated us like we were his only clients so we got both a professional and personal experience. When it is time for me to Sale/purchase another home I will not go with anyone else besides Craig because I know that at the end of the day he cares about his clients and is looking out for their best interest.

One if the best decisions I have ever made was choosing Craig as a real estate agent. He goes above and beyond and gets the job done. I wanted to personally thank you for your help in finding a house for my family and I here in St. Joseph. Moving from TX with two small children and having no connections in the St. Jo area was going to be a stressful situation, but you made the process as easy as possible. Spending a dedicated three days with my husband and I prior to our transition to look for homes was greatly appreciated. In addition, giving us a detailed background tour around the area, housing, churches, schools and points of interest was extremely helpful so when we officially moved here a month later we already felt plugged into the community and at least one step ahead.
